All are welcome to join this 45 minute class to include mindful stretching of the muscles, gentle movement and deep relaxation through breathing. Calm your mind, settle your body and find a softer focus to your day. Create a space for God to meet you in this welcoming space.
Chairs will be provided for those with limited mobility. All levels of physical ability are highly encouraged to join. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket or towel. Weather updates will be posted to the FACEBOOK page.
We will meet OUTSIDE, at the CHURCH at 9:00 am or you can choose to follow along at your home. If the weather in inclement, we will meet in the church with social distancing and the wearing of masks. October meeting times is WEDNESDAY, October 7 and October 21 and will meet every other Wednesday.
