This ministry provides handsewn teddy bears, made from clothing of a deceased friend or family member. These bears are a wonderful way to remember someone special. Members of this special ministry completely handmake the bears - cutting, sewing, stuffing and sewing some more! Bears are available for free (donations always accepted) for members of Living Waters, and they also can be made for a suggested donation of $35.00/bear for non-members. After the bears have been made they are brought to a worship service and are included in the Prayers of the People. The bears are placed in front of the Christ candle as a reminder that through our baptism into Christ's death and resurrection, we too will be raised into newness of life.
