The Body Image and Self Esteem Workshop is for girls 8 years old and up, teens, women and men who want to make a difference in their own lives and the lives of their daughters. Combined with a non-denominational Christian message, these workshops help girls to realize they are beautifully made children of God, even if they don't fit the unreasonable body images that our society has created.
